Self-Care Retreat

FreeJoin us for a FREE day long self-care retreat. This retreat will include sessions where you will engage in self-care activities as well as learn ways to refresh and renew whether a student or faculty/staff member. Sessions include tranquil gardening, therapeutic drumming, yoga and sound healing, and ceramic art. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Open to the first 60 people that sign up.
