Drawing on 25 years as a business consultant to corporations on four continents, Ms. Kriska will share best practices for individuals interested in building bridges between different cultural groups.  Republican versus Democrat.  Black versus White.  Christian versus Muslim.  No matter what the particular divide happens to be, the solutions are shockingly simple.  She will present a 3-step process for limiting misunderstanding and maximizing cooperation as well as real-life, inspirational stories.
