The Buford Dialogue is a monthly program that provides an opportunity for the UF community to engage in meaningful discussion over a current event and/or societal issue. Previous topics have included: Athletes, Politics, & Social Issues; The Media’s Impact on the Presidential Election; The Impact of the North Dakota Pipeline on Native American Lands and; Human Trafficking and Slavery, to name a few.
The program is one-hour in length, informal and really seeks to hear different perspectives from the attendees (i.e. we want students, faculty, and staff to share their thoughts)! Food and drinks are provided.
