Three Day Eventing team is competing at the Kentucky Horse Park this weekend
This event is designed to help employers meet their full-time, part-time, co-op, and internship needs from a diverse set of majors within the College of Business, the College of Arts, Humanities, & Social Sciences, and the College of Sciences. (Open to all UF students.)
Open Fair: 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – VIP Students only
Open Fair: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – General admission
Interviews: 1-4 p.m./30-minute intervals
The open fair is a time for students to meet with employers and schedule afternoon interviews (not all employers will be conducting interviews). A professional photo booth will accompany this event.

The Human Library Event is sponsored by Findlay Hancock County Public Library, the Mazza Museum, and the Center for Teaching Excellence. Participants will have the opportunity to “check out” human “books” within the Mazza Museum and hear the lived experiences of others. The event is free and open to the public.
The Human Library is an event that aims to address people’s prejudices by helping them to talk to those they would not normally meet. The event uses a library analogy of lending people rather than books. Join Sigma Tau Delta and the Social Work Club in learning about others! Free shirts and snacks will be provided.

Throughout the 1970-80s, Japanese citizens had turned up missing. It was revealed that North Korea kidnapped some Japanese citizens. In 2002, five victims were released and returned to Japan (see the left picture). It is suspected that there are still more Japanese citizens remaining in North Korea today. This is a relatively unknown human rights and diplomatic issue in East Asia.

Hancock Public Health will be hosting a COVID vaccine clinic on Friday, October 28, from 1-3pm at Cosiano Health Center. Please bring your insurance card and license with you, along with your COVID vaccine card. The COVID vaccine will be the Pfizer Bivalent.
Please call Cosiano at 419-434-4550 to schedule your appointment. Please print and complete the attached COVID-19 Booster Information & Consent Form and bring it with you to the vaccine clinic.
Cosiano will also have flu shots available. Fee for flu shots: Students are $20 cash/check/credit card and employees are $25 cash/check/credit card. Please call 419-434-4550 to schedule an appointment. Insurance cannot be billed but receipts will be given at the time of the visit.
